Last year when we got ready to celebrate Parker’s coming home day, threw us a curve. This year, we were determined to get it right. The day began with a trip to the EdVenture Children’s Museum. Parker loved roaming around. He was most interested in shopping for scalloped potatoes and meat at the Piggly Wiggly store and climbing on the tractor and fire truck. After an afternoon of fun, we stopped and got ice cream. Determined to squeeze one more thing in, we went to USC’s new baseball stadium to watch the team practice. It was a great day and we enjoyed spending the special day with each other.
